Greetings and welcome to my website.You may call me Haz or Kar. I'm a self-taught artist, designer and 2D animator from Europe.
Asides from drawing, I like listening to music, playing games (specially Hollow Knight and Terraria) and watching movies /anime.
Most of my works are published in private websites for personal reasons.

Please read my Terms of Service before commissioning or receiving anything from me. By ordering, you agree to these terms.
I will always ensure you have read them before going ahead with any work. If anything is unclear, don’t hesitate to ask!

My Art & Use

of Artwork

✦ I reserve the right to share completed commissions in my portfolio or on social media. If you’d prefer the artwork to stay private, please mention it upfront—we can discuss it before I accept the commission.✦ You don’t have the rights to re-sell, redistribute, trace, profit of, copy or steal any of my artwork.
You may repost only as long as the proper credit is given to me: either with @Hazamak, linking to my website or my profile on a platform I am in (check the Contact tab for more info on this).
NEVER under any circumstances claim my artwork as yours or made by you.✦ Sketch commissions are not to be colored by you or another artist unless I’ve given permission. You’re welcome to commission me later to complete the piece. If you want someone else to finish it, please ask me first.✦ In terms of printing, you may print your commission onto products for personal use only. However, I won't be removing my watermark, it's already small enough. Please don’t sell prints and merch using my artwork.

Commissions

✦ If you lose your files or a link expires, feel free to ask me for a new one. I usually keep backups, but older pieces might not be saved—so please save your commissioned work or character pictures safely.✦ If you need your commission done by a specific date (e.g. birthdays, conventions), please mention it before ordering. Rush fees may apply depending on my schedule, this can be discussed privately.✦ If you’ll be inactive, let me know in advance or tell me where else I can reach out to you in case I need confirmation about something or have a question about your request.

Waiting Time

& Updates

✦ Please don’t rush me—I have a busy personal life. I’ll work on your piece during my free time, but I can’t promise a specific completion date.
If I haven’t updated you after a month, you’ll receive a refund.✦ I'm not responsible for mistakes in the artwork if I asked for clarification and you didn’t respond clearly.✦ Please avoid messaging me too frequently—distractions can slow down my work. For larger commissions, I’ll provide WIP pictures when I feel it’s neccessary. Letting me work undisturbed is highly appreciated.✦ Depending on the amount of commissions, my queue and on the artwork type(s), my Turn-Around-Time is from 1 to 3 months on average.

Payments, Prices

& Refunds

✦ Payments are done via PayPal Goods and Services. Larger amounts may require me to send you an invoice. Remember to select 'No address needed' for any digital commissions.✦ My currency is CHF (similar to EUR), I cannot accept any other form of currency at the moment. PayPal converts the currency easily.✦ You must pay before I start on a commission, this way I know I won't be scammed.
Please note that I will not start your commission if the full payment isn't received, this is for safety reasons.✦ Don’t commission me if you know you won't be able to pay upfront. I don’t accept delayed or Payment plans for artwork.✦ No refunds, all sales are final. If you are committed to commission me, you cannot change your mind afterwards.

Character Ownership

✦ Once you purchase or receive a character from me, you fully own that character.
You can use them in personal projects, art, stories, or even commercially— though keep in mind you may NOT use the pictures and files that I or someone else made of the character (without their consent) for commercial marketing. But you may do so with your own artwork of the said character.✦ Commercial use as in Prints, Plush campaigns, merchandise is allowed.
VTubing and Sreaming-related content is not considered as Commercial use (only if you have a Shop)
Creating and using VTuber/ PNGtuber/ 3D or 2D models of a character you legally own is allowed, including using them as avatars on games.
If you wish to feature the character in an official series, movie or in a game (models/ avatars on existing gaming platforms don't count, this is meant for full game creations), please talk to me about it first.✦ You may redesign the character however youd like, as well changing their name, gender, lore, personality—it's yours to build on!
However, you may not claim the original design artwork as your own or remove my credit from it.
You must still provide me credit for the original creation of it.✦ You may resell, retrade, or gift the character.
Reselling for a higher price is allowed only if additional commissioned or personal art has been added to the character’s gallery.✦ Freebies may be retraded or gifted, but not resold unless extra art has been added.✦ Do NOT use any of my designs for NFT projects and anything crypto related.✦ Please do NOT do any of this IF you don’t legally own a character. Theft and heavily inspiration is not tolerated in any way.

Blacklist & DNI

✦ My black list is private and not shared publicly. I´ll most likely just block, meaning such users will not have access to direct content and interaction with me.✦ If you´re wondering why you ended up being blacklisted from me, it may be either because:- An action you did towards me, or a malicious action towards someone else who could possibly affect me.
- Rudeness, toxic behavior, or repeated lack of basic courtesy. I dont tolerate extreme sensitive behaviour—including people who blame their physical or mental conditions instead of taking responsibility for their actions.
- You are or support the following: racism, p*dophilia, homophobia, transphobia, scamming, witch-hunting.
- Violating any part of my Terms of Service.
- Failing to respond for over a week after placing an order.
- You decided to cancel or back out of a payment plan after agreeing to it.

Buyer Protection

✦ I realized that many people add unrealistic rules onto their TOS/ description of product sales (This includes character ownerships and misc. digital goods such as drawing assets). As an artist and designer, I value fair treatment with logical standards and transparent communication at all times.✦- Once a character has been transferred, be it from a trade or from a purchase, I have the right to do what I want with it. This includes:
Creating 2D/3D models of the character
Featuring them in stories, comics, and videos
Using them for Vtubing or in games such as VRChat
Commercial usage within reasonable and accepted normsClarifying Commercial Use:
I reserve the right to use the character in a commercial context, such as selling products featuring my own artwork. I will not resell others’ artworks without permission. Streaming and Vtubing are not considered commercial.✦- Revoking character ownership without mutual agreement or valid reasoning is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate blacklist.
If a character is suspected to be stolen or involved in a dispute, all parties must handle the matter responsibly. Previous owners should be contacted to clarify ownership.Note: A blacklist is a personal safety tool to not directly interact with unpleasing individuals—not a justification to revoke character rights when the current owner obtained it legally through a third party. That being said, I don't actively monitor anyone's blacklist, only if it involves direct issues with me.✦- If I purchase a lineart, base, PSD file, or similar digital asset from you, I reserve the right to use it when taking commissions—Unless the file was a private commission for someone else, in this case I won't use it for commission work without consent.If you're selling assets for others to use, but include restrictions that prevent buyers from using them in commission or work-related content, it is misleading and borders on dishonest. Buyers should have clear rights to use digital tools they’ve paid for.Most of the resources I purchase (such as bases, lineart, brushes, templates, PSD files, etc.) are explicitly commission-friendly, according to the creators' terms. However, there are creators who sell assets and then attempt to limit how they can be used after the sale.
If you don’t want your work used for commissions or other forms of art production, don’t sell it in the first place.✦- I reserve the right to resell or retrade any character I legally own—including those received as freebies:
Though freebies will not be resold unless they include additional art.For now, this covers everything I can think of. My Terms of Service are subject to change at any time.
